Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 1 to 3 days to process your order. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

Please note that each piece is made to order for you. Therefore, our production time may be longer than a regular fast fashion company.

STORE PICKUP

Orders can be picked up daily from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Please let us know in advance that you prefer this option and we will send you the address details. You will be notified by email when your order is ready to be picked up.

DOMESTIC STANDARD SHIPPING

During checkout, enter your address and click the "Proceed to Checkout" button. For addresses in the Netherlands, domestic delivery is available. If the domestic delivery option does not appear during checkout, your order is not eligible for domestic delivery.

Orders are generally shipped within 3 to 5 business days using standard DHL shipping and may take up to 1 to 3 business days for delivery.

EU STANDARD SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 3 to 5 business days using standard DHL shipping and may take up to 3 to 7 business days for delivery.

INTERNATIONAL STANDARD SHIPPING

*We do not ship outside of Europe at this time.
